Pandora
Hi I am Pandora; I am the goddess of curiosity. I was named Pandora because it means “All-Gifted”, because each god had given me the power by which I would be greater than men. I was given to Epimetheus. Zeus gave me a box, telling me that I should not open it, no matter what. But because I am the goddess of curiosity, I couldn’t resist to not knowing what was in the box, so I open it. When I open it, all evil that was captured in the box escaped and spread all over the earth, except one little thing that was in the bottom of the box: hope. That’s why they say: where there’s life, there’s hope. Because of the incident with the box, I am blamed for all of the world’s problems.
